The rugosa rose*2 from the town of Okoppe is rich in vitamins and polyphenols and has a strong aroma.
This cleansing water combines these two red extracts.
It is designed to be gentle on the skin and to minimize irritation.
Applying to a cotton pad and wiping off will remove makeup as well as care in order to lead to clear skin.
While easily removing even pigmented eye make-up and lip color, it also removes impurities from the pores and unwanted dead skin cells.
This cleans off eye, lip, and base make-up, without the skin feeling tight and it will remain moist and hydrated.
